Great hotel located adjacent to the town center, and the centre of Tromso. Very comfy bed in the single room, plus an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Superfriendly personnel and perfect and peaceful location close to bus stations. Again, walking distance to Arctic-alpine Botanic Garden.

We had a great experience at Pingvinhotellet Unn. the staff were very supportive, allowing us to stay until 2 pm and keeping our luggage until the evening due to our late night flight. the view from the room and corridors was stunning. the rooms were impeccably clean and well presented, with comfortable beds and a surprising heated bathroom floor. the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location, although not in the city center, offered a calm atmosphere and convenient bus connections. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️.

That the hotel was far away from most interesting places, which required taking a bus or taxi to get anywhere. renovations made it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel in the snow.

From the basic amenities provided in the rooms, to the simple little bed with a view, everything was well-thought and designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Our room at Pingvinhotellet Unn had a amazing view of Tromso, exactly as I had hoped. The breakfast provided was excellent and the fridge in the room was a convenient addition. The staff were very accommodating and fulfilled my request for the room with the view. I had a good experience in Tromso and would definitely consider coming back in the future. Our group of friends had a wonderful time at this hotel. Although it was outside of the city centre, it was easily accessible by bus and the bus station was close by. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. the service was fantastic, with staff members being friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. To top it off, we had a stunning view of the city and mountains.

One minor issue was the lack of information in English. We had trouble understanding the TV system as it was mostly in Norwegian.
